• Each plan's data, validity and activation rule are shown on its page.
• Most eSIMs can be installed only once, so keep your QR code private.
• These terms are governed by UAE law.

About these terms

These terms apply when you use ahlano.com or buy an Ahlano eSIM. By placing an order you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What we sell

Ahlano sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travel. Plans are delivered digitally and run on the networks of our partners in each destination. Plans are data-only unless the plan's page says they include calls or texts.

Your account

To open an account you must:

• be 18 or older, or have a parent's or guardian's permission;
• give accurate details and keep your password safe;
• tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

You can also buy as a guest. We send your eSIM to the email address you enter.

Device compatibility

An eSIM works only on a device that supports eSIM and isn't locked to a carrier. Check the compatible devices list before you buy. If you find out after buying that your device isn't compatible, don't install the eSIM; you can ask for a refund under our Refund Policy.

Plans, validity and activation

• Each plan's data allowance, validity period and coverage are shown on its page before you buy.
• Each plan's page says when its validity starts: when you install the eSIM, or when it first connects to a supported network in the destination.
• Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and can't be carried over.
• Unlimited plans follow a fair-use policy: after the daily limit shown on the plan, speed may be reduced until the next day.
• Speed and coverage depend on local networks and may vary by location, time and device.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you choose and include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed by Stripe. If a price was shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery and installation

As soon as your payment is confirmed, we email you the QR code and installation steps and show them in your account. Most eSIMs can be installed only once: keep your QR code private, and don't delete the eSIM from your device if you plan to top it up.

Top-ups

Where a plan supports it, you can add data to an eSIM you already have. A top-up is added to that eSIM and follows the validity shown when you buy it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Ahlano eSIMs for anything illegal, to send spam, to attack or overload networks, or to resell them without our written permission. We may suspend service that's used this way.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our responsibility

We deliver the plan you bought as described on its page. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for network outages, coverage gaps or indirect losses such as missed bookings, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each order is covered by the version in force when it was placed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the UAE courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
